Touchstone Communities, a leader in senior living and long-term care across Texas, is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to oversee financial and administrative operations for multiple communities. In this executive leadership role, you will guide business office teams in billing, collections, census management, budgeting, and compliance within our family-oriented culture. Oversee regional business office operations across multiple senior care communities
Ensure accurate billing, collections, census, and reimbursement processes
Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Monitor compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Lead, coach, and mentor business office managers and support staff
Collaborate with clinical and executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Analyze KPIs to improve cash flow, AR days, and operational efficiency
Support audits, surveys, and corrective action plans
Drive a family‑oriented, resident‑focused service culture
Partner with HR on staffing, training, and performance management
Healthcare revenue cycle management
Medical billing and collections
Budgeting and financial analysis
