Assistant Professor, Information Security and Digital Forensics (2) positions (10-month) University at Albany, State University of New York
The Department of Information Security and Digital Forensics in the Massry School of Business at the University at Albany (SUNY) is seeking two tenure-track Assistant Professors to complement a growing team of scholars in the field at the Massry School and the University. The positions will commence Fall 2025.
The Information Security and Digital Forensics Program in the Massry School of Business is designated by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-CD) and the University at Albany is designated as a National Center of Excellence in Research.
Minimum Qualifications include a PhD in information systems, information science, business, computer science, cyber security, digital forensics, computer, electrical and mechanical engineering or other relevant fields, evidence of scholarly research achievement in the form of published peer-reviewed articles, proceedings, or conference presentations and the ability to teach effectively undergraduate and graduate courses in varying modalities.
