Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to lead financial and administrative operations across our Texas senior living and long-term care communities. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee regional revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, and reimbursement for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. You’ll guide and mentor business office teams, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders to support our family-oriented culture of compassionate, elder-focused care. The ideal candidate brings LVN licensure, proven healthcare finance leadership, and experience in long-term care. Oversee regional business office operations across multiple senior care communities in Texas
Ensure accurate billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance for all facilities
Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations
Develop, track, and report financial and operational KPIs to executive leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate business office managers and administrative staff
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to support resident-centered, family-oriented care
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and cash flow
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned communities
Serve as primary liaison for auditors, payers, and external stakeholders
