Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to lead financial and administrative operations across our Texas senior living and long-term care communities. In this executive leadership role, you will oversee billing, collections, budgeting, and revenue cycle performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service to residents and families. Working in a family-oriented, team-focused culture, you will mentor business office teams, standardize best practices, and partner closely with clinical and executive leaders. Oversee regional business office operations for multiple senior care communities
Drive accurate billing, collections, and revenue cycle performance
Develop and manage facility and regional budgets and forecasts
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and payer regulations
Lead, mentor, and evaluate business office managers and staff
Collaborate with clinical and executive leaders to support quality resident care
Analyze financial and operational KPIs and implement improvements
Support families and residents with billing inquiries and financial counseling
Standardize processes and best practices across communities
Partner with corporate leadership on strategic initiatives and growth
