Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to lead revenue cycle and business office operations across our senior living and long-term care communities in Texas. This leadership role oversees billing, collections, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulations. The Director will mentor on-site business office teams, standardize best practices, and collaborate closely with executive and clinical leaders to support compassionate, family-oriented care. Ideal candidates bring strong healthcare financial management experience, proven team leadership, and a passion for serving elders in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Provide regional leadership for business office operations across assigned senior care communities
Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle to ensure accurate, timely reimbursement
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care regulatory requirements
Develop and manage regional business office budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
Coach, mentor, and evaluate business office managers and staff to drive high performance
Collaborate with clinical and executive leaders to support resident-centered, family-focused care
Implement standardized processes, policies, and internal controls across communities
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and lead corrective action plans to improve outcomes
Support audits, surveys, and quality reviews, ensuring documentation and follow-through
