Description
Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to lead financial and business office operations across our Texas senior living and long-term care communities. Reporting to Executive Leadership, this role oversees revenue cycle, billing, and collections while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting high‑quality, family‑oriented resident care. The Director will guide and develop business office teams, optimize processes, track KPIs, and collaborate closely with clinical and operational leaders. Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and KPIs; recommend improvements to leadership
Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and state long-term care regulations
Collaborate with executive and clinical leaders to support resident-centered, family-oriented care
Develop, coach, and evaluate business office managers and staff
Optimize processes for admissions, census, and documentation to support financial integrity
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate service
Partner with corporate finance on forecasting, reporting, and audits
Engage with families and residents to resolve billing questions and concerns
Healthcare revenue cycle management
Medical billing and coding familiarity
Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement knowledge
Financial analysis and budgeting
Regulatory compliance (CMS, state)
EHR and billing software proficiency
Staff leadership and development
Project management
Data reporting and KPI tracking
Customer service and conflict resolution
