Touchstone Communities is seeking a Regional Business Office Director to oversee business office operations across our senior living and long-term care communities in Texas. This executive leader will direct revenue cycle functions, including billing, collections, and reimbursement, while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting. The role partners closely with clinical and operations leadership to support compassionate, resident-centered care. The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare finance expertise, multi-site leadership experience, and proficiency with EMR/billing systems. Provide regional leadership for business office operations across multiple Touchstone senior care communities
Oversee billing, collections, resident trust accounts, and reimbursement to support financial health and quality care
Ensure regulatory compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payers, and internal policies
Analyze financial and operational metrics to drive revenue optimization and cost control
Partner with clinical and executive leaders to align business office practices with compassionate, resident-centered care
Hire, mentor, and evaluate business office managers, fostering a collaborative, family-oriented culture
Standardize procedures, implement best practices, and lead process-improvement initiatives
Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to executive leadership
Support onboarding, training, and performance development for business office staff
Serve as a key liaison for audits, surveys, and external financial reviews
