Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator II for Rutgers Athletics. The position provides professional assistance, under the supervision of the Director of Ticket Operations. This position executes of all aspects of Ticket Office operations including ticket fulfillment, processing, promotions, and customer service.
Among the key duties of this position are the following: Serves as the ATO liaison and main point of contact for running Women’s Basketball, Lacrosse ticket operations as well as miscellaneous outside events. Assists in ticket office operations at all ticketed events (Football, Men’s Basketball, Women’s Basketball, Wrestling and Men’s Lacrosse). Assists the daily and game operations of all ticketed sports for high school, conference, NCAA and other outside events hosted by Rutgers University. General office duties including but not limited to faxing, copying, filing etc. Provides a heavy phone presence and maintains the highest level of customer service with Season Ticket Holders, Students, Alumni, Faculty/Staff, General Public and Sales Team. Responsible for effectively invoicing, processing, allocating, printing, and mailing all ticket/parking orders. Handles various projects and assignments as needed.
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sport Management. Experience with Paciolan Ticketing System preferred. Will be required to work nights and weekends.
The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level.
