Position Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Provost for Enrollment Management and Student Success in the Division of Academic Affairs, the Director of Undergraduate Admissions plans, develops, implements, and evaluates a comprehensive student recruitment and admission program designed to inform prospective students of the academic programs and services at Western Oregon University. The Director of Admissions has budget management, oversight, and resource allocation responsibilities, supervises the admissions staff team, and serves as an active leader in the division of Academic Affairs.
Western Oregon University provides visa support exclusively for Tenure Track employees in specialized positions with ongoing, long-term university appointments. This position does not qualify as specialized and is, therefore, not eligible for visa support.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Two years or more of experience in hiring, supervision, management, and/or team development
A minimum of three years of professional experience in a college admissions office with progressively increasing responsibilities
