Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, invites applications for a faculty position in our Organization & Management area beginning August 2025. We are primarily interested in applicants at the rank of assistant professor, but we will also consider exceptional candidates at other ranks. We seek applicants whose work has a micro-orientation, but the specific area of research is open.
The Organization & Management area at Goizueta Business School is a research-active, interdisciplinary group of both micro- and macro-oriented scholars. We invite you to learn more about our group at this link. Our micro-oriented faculty members are Emily Bianchi, Catarina Fernandes, Erika Hall, Jill Perry-Smith, and Melissa Williams.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a record of scholarly publications in top research journals in management, psychology, or related fields. Successful applicants also will have demonstrated, or show promise toward, effective teaching at the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels. We seek candidates who have earned a PhD in organizational behavior, psychology, or related area, or who expect to receive such a degree by September 1, 2025. We also welcome candidates who can contribute to the diversity and excellence of our academic community.
