Job SummaryThe IT Asset Manager will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining all Service Now IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, work instructions and activities for both hardware and software assets. This will be done in compliance with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework. Responsible for designing and documenting process, and procedures as well as methodologies as it relates to end to end lifecycle hardware and software asset management. .
