Professor of Professional Practice in Management
Columbia Business School seeks qualified faculty applicants for a Professor of Professional Practice, a Senior Lecturer in Management and/or a Lecturer in Management with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to contribute to the diversity and excellence of the academic community through their professional background, research, teaching, and/or service. The candidate will contribute to the School pedagogically by developing curriculum and teaching up to 6 courses per year in the MBA and Executive MBA programs about DEI and related topics.  The incumbent is expected to be a key contributor to the School’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, and to provide leadership in the DEI area.  In addition, the incumbent will conduct rigorous research and systematic analysis of th
