Description #LI-TL1 #HSBCUSA Compliance Officer Responsibilities: The Prime Brokerage Compliance Officer ("PBCO") will provide real time compliance advisory support and guidance to the newly established US Prime Brokerage business which is part of HSBC's US Securities Financing business. As this is a newly formed business, the PBCO will provide risk stewardship to the ongoing development and implementation of the risk and control framework necessary for the establishment and operation of a US Prime Brokerage business.
