School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts Assistant Teaching Professor in Economics Long Ad   The University of California, Merced, Department of Economics and Business Management invites applications for an Assistant Professor of Teaching (Lecturer with Potential Security of Employment, LPSOE) beginning July 1, 2022. The ideal candidate is expected to contribute to the department’s PhD program by teaching a first-year econometrics course and similar courses for the undergraduate majors in Economics and Business Management.   This position is equivalent in level to other Assistant Professor positions but with emphasis placed on excellence in teaching and instruction-related activities.
