The part-time head women’s wrestling coach is expected to recruit student-athletes that can be successful academically, socially, and athletically at Northland. Lead and develop a competitive softball program such as recruiting, coaching, and managing the team's overall performance and academic success. The coach would also be responsible for administrative tasks like scheduling opponents, budgeting, and fundraising, as well as working on the softball field to prepare for games and practices. Significant travel for recruiting, as well as with the team for games.
