Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Basketball Operations will oversee and supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the University’s Women’s Basketball program. This position will coordinate all aspects of operational activities such as team travel, post-season trips, camps, recruitment events, and alumni events. The Director of Basketball Operations will also be responsible for developing and managing the women’s basketball program’s operational budget as well as other administrative support tasks. This position will manage all operations of the women’s basketball program in accordance with NCAA and University rules and regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting in all facets of women’s basketball team Work with the department’s Business Operations Manager to plan and coordinate team travel during the season Monitor academic progress of student-athletes Monitoring budget management and fundraising events Assist with scheduling practices both at home and on the road Oversee and delegate job responsibilities to student managers

Salary/Hours/Benefits

7,000.00/year Part time (20 hours/week) Tuition Remission Benefits.

Job Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Successful collegiate coaching and/or collegiate playing experience desired.
