Reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance, this is an exciting opportunity to serve NMSU. Auxiliary Services touches every student and employee on a regular basis, as well as visitors to the campus. The Auxiliary Operations Officer leads NMSU’s auxiliary business services including managed services and third-party contracts. Evaluate performance toward MCA metrics and support cross-functional synergies to enhance value of service areas with focus on the campus and customer experience. Serve as primary point of contact for contracted services to ensure adherence to service levels and contract terms. Ensure fiscal responsibility and accountability for business operations and asset management. Promote and enforce university policies, procedures, controls and compliance with standards and regulations. Foster an environment that supports collaboration, safety, and customer service. Assist units with goal achievements and continuous improvement.
