Holland & Hart’s Tax group is looking for an associate with at least five years of experience to join its Federal Tax Controversy practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming or Denver, Colorado office. Our Tax Controversy group represents public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, high net-worth individuals, and estates in complex civil and criminal disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, as well as state and local tax jurisdictions. Our work begins at the earliest stages of a tax audit and continues through all administrative and judicial phases of a dispute.   Requirements: Ideal candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience with a predominant focus on federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
