This position is responsible for assisting the head softball coach with all aspects of the women's softball program, including the administration of day-to-day aspects of a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Softball program. This includes a commitment to the student-athletes' academic progress and degree completion. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible, exempt position. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to mold and cultivate the softball program at the University of St. Thomas. The program will be a part of the NCAA and will function as a member of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC). The candidate, in conjunction with the head softball coach, will be instrumental in determining the foundation and direction of the program.
