Purpose:              The CGAAC is looking for a Director to lead our start-up non-profit; to manage all operational, financial, and programmatic requirements of the organization. As this new organization launches, competitive applicants will demonstrate an entrepreneurial skillset, passion for college athletics, prior experience with non-profit organizations, and/or experience with start-up organizations.   The CGAAC is a newly registered 501(C)(3) designed to support the Athletics Division at the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT.
