Primary Duties Provide excellent customer service all patrons both over the phone and in person. Lead and facilitate all aspects of the women’s basketball season and single game ticket sales campaign: including but not limited to outbound sales strategies, coordination of marketing efforts both internal and external, establishing and communicating with season ticket holders as needed. Preparation and management of all women’s basketball pass lists in coordination with the coaching staff and compliance office. Lead all ticketing logistics and operations for all women’s basketball home games. Assist with the sales of single game, mini-plan, group and season tickets for football and men’s basketball via phone and walk-up sales.
