Bradley & Riley PC is seeking talented and motivated litigation associates to join its highly touted complex commercial litigation practice. Our firm is based in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City, Dedicated to investing in our associates, we pride ourselves on a record of developing talented associates into successful equity partners.  We are looking for experienced litigation associates with excellent credentials to join us in our offices or work remotely.  

We also are seeking an Experienced Tax Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in State and Federal tax law for their Iowa offices. The ideal candidate will have CPA or experience at public accounting firm or law firm. Experience interpreting and advising on tax laws, asset protection strategies, charitable gift planning, wealth transfer planning, special needs planning, business succession planning and ability to handle complicated tax situations preferred.
