Ticket and Merchandise Manager
Manages full-service Ticket Office and sales of Intercollegiate Athletics merchandise. Coordinates Intercollegiate Athletics merchandise sales and inventories, ticket sales, inventory and settlement and ensures adequate controls are maintained on cash and cash equivalents throughout the Ticket Office and all merchandise. Audits daily records of receipts, responsible for and manages change funds, and completes daily sales summaries. Provides a variety of reports on ticket sales, revenue, and merchandise. Select, train and supervise student employees who serve as ticket sellers in the ticket office. Provides excellent customer service as the primary ticket office representative.
