The Head Women's Rowing Coach is responsible for planning, administering and evaluating the overall operation of the program to include, but not limited to, team performance, supporting the academic achievement of student-athletes, recruiting, program management (eligibility certification, event management, scheduling, travel planning, budget management, equipment, athletic training, etc.), college and community service, supervision of assistant coaches and program personnel, and compliance. The Head Coach is responsible for ensuring that team performance is competitive within the West Coast Conference with the goal of achieving postseason competition.
