Holland & Hart’s corporate group is seeking 3rd-6th year investment funds associate to join its team in either the Las Vegas or Denver offices.
This associate will work with sponsors of, and investors, in alternative investment funds (including venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge funds) and other investment vehicles in structuring, offering, management, investing and related regulatory matters.
Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have strong experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Experience with the Investment Advisers Act, the Investment Company Act, representing institutional investors in private funds, secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles is also a plus. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.

Salary Range:
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit-based. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $250,000. A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance. Associates are also eligible for fee splits.
