In this role, you will lead a team of membership experts responsible for inspiriting and inspiring nearly 13,000 world-changing professionals spread across 75 countries globally with a network of more than 70 chapters and clubs. You’ll supervise a staff of four in our customer service facing Brand Engagement group, and work closely with our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, both digitally and telephonic, boast exceedingly strong communications skills and be comfortable with both inbound and outbound outreach.
