Job SummarySupports the Strategic HR Partner as the Employee Relations Center of Excellence subject matter expert across the enterprise. Responsible for driving HR excellence across respective service lines in all areas related to employee relations. Partners with other HR Centers of Excellence to promote and drive HR initiatives.Job DutiesManage day-to-day HR functions by supporting changes, applying policies and procedures across the service line.Provide HR policy guidance, resolution of Tier II HR-related inquiries and coaching for managers to ensure consistent execution of procedures and policies.Serve as the HR Subject Matter Expert to associates and managers.Identify training and development needs and provide recommended soluti
