We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Organization Development Assistant in Pittsburgh, PA!
What You’ll Do
As an Organization Development Assistant, you’ll provide administrative, reporting, organizational and communicative support in a highly regulated and client-focused environment.
Maintain training data within Percipio, the Organization Development Learning Management System (LMS), related to employee and management records for training events.
Maintain, organize, and assemble materials for New Employee Orientation.
Administer the application process for Federated Hermes Education Assistance Program, including correspondence with participants and maintaining confidential application files and spreadsheets on employee participation.
Manage and maintain employee and client continuing professional education records for professional designations.
Prepare and track payment of invoices and prepare expense reports and correspondence for the department.
Collect, compile, and analyze basic data and information for inclusion in high quality reports or presentation materials using various software packages such as MS Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; business school or some college preferred
Three years of administrative assistant experience required; financial industry or mutual fund experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft suite required
