The Acquisitions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and organizing the acquisition deal flow, consulting with brokers and sellers on pricing guidance and deal level information and presenting it and financial analysis to the Acquisition Team. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates and organizes potential acquisitions through brokered, off-market opportunities and recapitalizations.
Calls brokers and sellers to discuss property information, pricing and value-add opportunities.
Performs quick financial analysis based on the information provided by the broker/seller.
Presents deal summary, including the quick financial analysis and property information to the Acquisition team for their evaluation.
Responsible for managing and coordinating the initial acquisition recordkeeping in the Sales Force information system.
Assists appropriate department members with maintaining Sales Force, market research/demographics, submarket trends/reports, property specific information as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Four-year degree in Business, Management, or related field
Strong computer and technology skills; proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe software
Strong analytical, auditing, and reporting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
Excellent time management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
