We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operations Analyst in Warrendale, PA!
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the analysis and oversight of intermediary relationships, account structures, shareholder transactions, trade flows, recordkeeping systems and processes applicable to transfer agents and intermediary firms. As part of our Investor Services Risk Management group, you’ll develop relationships with clients and colleagues and work within a highly collaborative team environment.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Five years’ transfer agent, audit, compliance or related operational experience
Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Project management experience and prior quality control, audit or oversight experience preferred.
Ability to provide a high level of accuracy
