Job Summary/General Purpose of Job Design digital communications ads and print collateral to promote Section membership, programs, and products. Work with Membership & Marketing Manager to identify and run targeted marketing lists and with external vendors to produce and distribute print materials. Draft content for digital and print needs. Provide operational support to membership recruitment and retention campaigns.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)
Under leadership, support the development of effective traditional and digital marketing programs; directly contributing tot he implementation on ongoing monitoring of various membership recruitment and retention activities. Design digital communications, ads, and print collateral to promote the Section membership, programs, and products. Identify and run targeted marketing lists of digital and print marketing distribution needs. Draft content for a variety of print and digital membership and marketing communications: including email, social media and web, Proactively compile and review data and analytics across channels, reporting observations and trends to stake holders. Coordinates with external vendors and internal partners to help ensure successful implementation of projects and outreach activities. Ability to make web updates with minimal supervision.

Required Education, Qualifications, Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
At least two years of relevant marketing experience
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Preferred Education, Qualifications, Experience Basic skills with Adobe InDesign
Basic skills with Content Management Systems (CMS)
Basic skills with social media, and email marketing channels
Previous work experience in an association and/or NGO business model
