Employee Assistance Program
Responsible for all aspects related to underwriting and evaluating potential acquisitions. Performs analysis on market area demographics. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Performs and presents underwriting transactions monthly.
Participates and travels to potential asset acquisitions each calendar quarter.
Presents underwriting models and transmission communications to Senior Acquisition Analyst and Acquisition Manager(s) weekly.
Interfaces with stakeholders to evaluate assets and submarkets to assist in determining intent to purchase.
Gathers pertinent information to interpret and perform analysis on market area demographics.
Evaluates and reports on market area sales and revenue comparisons in submarket and their overall effect on potential transactions.
Conducts a review and comparison of current company property financial statements to potential transaction.
Ensures that all transaction data and history is timely and accurately recorded in the technology information system.

Bachelor s Degree in field or related area
0-3 years experience in field or related area
General understanding of portfolio level assumptions, financial, investment analysis and debt scenarios
Above average analytical and organizational skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Basic level computer technology skills
Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a collaborative environment
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Previous experience in multi-family acquisition underwriting and analysis
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or related desired
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.
