Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50-States, has an immediate opening for a Recruiting & Legal Support Coordinator. This full-time position can work from any of the firm’s offices and may work on a remote basis. We offer a friendly business casual environment. GRSM’s Recruiting & Legal Support Coordinator will organize and track activity related to the internal processes at the national level to support lateral partner recruitment and onboarding, understand best practices and firm policies for legal support and offsite support.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required due to the frequent collaboration and contact with external agencies, lateral candidates, leadership, the firm’s Diversity Committee, Women’s Initiative, Affinity Groups, Human Resources, Risk, Finance, Marketing, Payroll, etc.
This role requires a high level of discretion and the ability to safeguard confidential information. Attention to detail and accuracy while navigating a high volume of communication with minimal supervision is essential. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, personable, professional, and effectively adapts to shifting priorities in a consistently fast-paced environment.
Maintain and update reports using standardized and customized formats as appropriate. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all data presented in a timely fashion.
Track projects and deadlines with inputs from a variety of cross-functional teams (Risk, Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing).
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, follow-up, and project management.
Be the resource for the team in matters related to storing and locating information from the active candidate pipeline and archives.
Utilize social media recruiting tools and Boolean search strategies.
Learn the processes and relationships between firm administration departments and the overall impact each team has on the firm.
Coverage and support for positions in various cross-functional areas as needed.
2-3 years of relevant experience.
College degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Legal recruiting and/or law firm experience is preferred.
Must be proficient utilizing various Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Telecommuting is allowed.
