The University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan’s largest, most comprehensive private University, is currently accepting applications for a full-time position of Assistant Business & Ticket Manager. Detroit Mercy is an NCAA Division I institution, and sponsors 17 varsity sports that compete primarily in the Horizon League. We are seeking a team player to join our staff that has a passion for collegiate athletics, and will provide our staff and student-athletes with top-notch customer service. The Assistant Business & Ticket Manager will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of the cash office, petty cash, and deposit operations, assisting with the coordination of all athletic department purchases, travel advances, and invoicing, assisting with ticket operations and sales including season, group and single game tickets for men’s and women’s basketball, and assisting in managing the box office for all home athletic events, external rental clients, and special events.
