Man is seeking to recruit a Client Reporting Analyst in the London office. This role sits within the Global Investment Analytics team and the core function of the team is to support our Investment Management, Sales and Marketing teams globally by preparing both standard and bespoke client reporting.
The team performs a wide range of duties including responding to client queries and servicing requests for ad hoc data both internally and externally. It also takes on a wide variety of project work to ensure that our offerings continually develop. This team plays a vital role in all aspects and stages of the client experience provided by the firm and is fundamental to our on-going and future success.
Produce and problem solve reports for our clients
Utilise client reporting technology to produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Engage with the investment management and sales functions of the business as well as operational/risk/compliance/IT functions to define specifications, source data, compile reports and verify outputs
Respond to client queries; assist with ad hoc reporting requests and assist with client reporting requirements as required
Assist the wider Investment Analytics team as required
Involvement in a variety of client reporting focused projects
Key Skills & Experience
Graduate with a minimum 2:1 or equivalent in a finance related degree
Previous client reporting experience is preferred. Approx. 1-3 years, ideally within asset management
Proven experience in creating, producing and reviewing reports
Good understanding of the fundamental drivers of financial markets and how hedge funds are able to profit from underlying movements
Ability to problem solve issues and manage to their conclusion
Must convey excellent written skills
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Self-starter and goal orientated focus with the ability to manage their own time effectively
Strong project time management skills through effective scheduling and planning; ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
