Collaborating with other AWWA business partners, our Director-Marketing, Business and Donor Development is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the Association’s integrated, synchronized, multi-channel marketing and sales strategy with a goal of growing revenue and net profitability of the Association’s products, programs, and services.  You’ll also have the opportunity to oversee the activities of AWWA’s philanthropic arm – the Water Equation. 

As the leader of our newly integrated sales and marketing teams, your role is multi-faceted:

• Develop effective strategies, methods, and structure to achieve revenue and expense goals and coach staff to execute strategies, methods, and structure effectively
• Identify and develop new sources of AWWA revenue
• Serve as AWWA brand champion and protect and maximize our brand across all endeavors and market
• Review all digital platforms in coordination with the Communications department and manage, track and coordinate/determine best protocols for social media marketing and AWWA website effectiveness
