Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Oracle Cloud Lead is a key resource for the college community leading all aspects of Oracle Cloud functions. The main areas of responsibility include but are not limited to issue resolution, vendor management, report development, and collaboration with Campus departments to define, optimize, and improve new and existing business process. The Cloud Lead manages process compliance as appropriate (e.g. internal controls, regulatory requirements, other business process, etc.) including development and delivery of documentation and training materials.
Essential Functions:
Expert level functional knowledge required in Oracle Cloud SAAS products HCM, ERP and PPM
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud implementation activities such as business requirements & analysis, mapping business processes, system configuration, gap fit analysis, application and report functional/technical specifications, unit and integration testing, data migration and or data conversion, understanding the integrations between various applications
SQL knowledge is requested
Ability to build OTBI and BIP reports
Excellent business communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills
Ability to lead team discussions, solicit inputs, and facilitate decisions in professional manner
Ability to work within large teams and learn new functionality and modules
Ability to create detailed functional design documents
Expertise in modeling and documenting business processes (AS-IS, TO-BE)
Experience in Production support activities, ticket prioritization/resolution
Experience in vendor management including budget management

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science is required
At least 4 years’ experience across multiple Oracle Cloud Modules – preferably HCM, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, ERP, Procurement, Contracts, Expense, PPM, Budgetary Control
Experience in creating reports utilizing BI Publisher; SmartView; Essbase; FRS (financial reporting studio) and OTBI
Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing)
Ability to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions
Able to coordinate efforts in line with the "bigger picture" to maximize the overall value of project and process initiatives
Ability to take part in cross-functional discussions to analyze requirements and recommend solutions
Ability to work independently and recommend industry-best practices based on business requirements
Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in vendor and budget management
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management experience/PMP certification
Oracle Cloud certifications
