The Regional Coach - South Texas Market will be responsible for leading and participating in the development of training curriculum and programs. Designs, conducts, facilitates, and evaluates all training curriculum and programs. Exhibits strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer. Represents the company in a professional and courteous manner. This position will be based out of Texas or Louisiana.
Essential Job Functions:
Works with Director of Training to develop course content and instructional materials. Determine appropriate facilitation methods (classroom-facilitated, webinar, video, etc.). This includes developing and distributing a weekly training tip to all onsite staff.
Conducts and facilitates training programs including technical training, ancillary products and other operational, sales and service trainings.
Confers with Community Managers and regional leadership to assess the need for sales, service or operational training. Acts as a performance improvement resource to managers.
Works with Training Coordinator to coordinate logistics for all in-person training including computer set-up, room rental, travel arrangements, etc. Records all conducted trainings in the Learning Management System.
Conducts and facilitates shop report coaching calls with on-site team members scoring below expectations. Provides constructive feedback on presentation and makes recommendations for improvement. Orders training and re-shops as required.
Assists in mentoring Regional Mentor Trainers by attending quarterly national calls and hosting a quarterly regional call. Participates in the interview process for additional Regional Mentor Trainers and provides feedback.
Handles special projects as assigned.
Minimum of (2) years training/development experience
A minimum of (2) years property management experience
Ability to travel with overnight stay up to 30%
Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills with the ability and desire to speak in front of groups
Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize work functions
Ability to produce, analyze and measure results of training program
Ability to learn and institute BH and industry standards
A positive, team-oriented attitude and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers
Ability to work in an unstructured environment, think both strategically and tactically, and manage complexity and achieve results despite constantly shifting priorities
Bachelor s Degree in Education, Business, Communication, or Organizational Development preferred or equivalent combination of training and experience
Work Schedule:8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, or as needed to meet business needs.

This position requires close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading.
The ability and means to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required.
