What You Will Be Doing

Leading the team responsible for SEC Reporting and oversight of the consolidated financial statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Drives accounting research and industry topics as needed. Direct oversight over month-end financial close compliance and governance activities, monthly business reporting, which may involve presentations on financial results to business partners and leadership. Manages the proper accounting treatment for any significant transactions and potential involvement in transactional due diligence. Leads strategic projects with business partners aimed at delivering the maximum strategic value and continuous improvement, which includes automation and digitization projects. Provides leadership, guidance and support to staff members. Monitors the planning and direction of departmental activities and projects.
