The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University invites applications for a position of Professor of the Practice at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level in the Management Department, beginning fall 2021. This is a non-tenure track fixed term renewable position.

Candidates must have completed an MBA or PhD or doctoral degree in Management. Candidates should have a primary focus on strategic management and entrepreneurship. Those with demonstrated interest in family businesses and non-profits are of particular interest. Candidates must have a strong commitment to teaching, preferably with experience and verified excellence at the undergraduate level. Strong applicants will be committed to: cross-disciplinary collaboration and collegiality; the development of innovative and creative classroom educational experience; a commitment to innovation and demonstrated excellence in using technology in the classroom; service to the department, school of business, university, community and profession.
