The Mgr, Compensation oversees Norton Healthcare's compensation programs and policies to ensure alignment with the Company's business strategy, goals and competitive practices. This includes, but is not limited to, managing the design, implementation, administration, and communication of cost effective and compliant compensation solutions to achieve business goals, overseeing the team's processes, partnering with Human Resources and other managers on compensation questions and strategic initiatives, and managing the performance of staff through reward, recognition, coaching, counseling and corrective action.
