Business Office Specialist - Yale School of Drama/Yale Repertory Theatre (YSD/YRT) seeks a dynamic team-player to serve as Business Office Specialist for YSD/YRT. This position approves financial transactions, processes payrolls, deposits funds; reconciles and analyzes financial statements; and serves as a principal source of information on financial policies and procedures. Required for the position: Bookkeeping experience and experience working in finance or administration in a professional theater; demonstrated excellence in a team environment with a commitment to customer service, collaboration and working in a diverse and inclusive environment. The successful individual will have the ability to train and mentor, prioritize a variety of complex tasks, problem-solve and analyze complex issues. Preferred: Experience with contracts and contract language; purchase orders and bidding. Yale business office experience. Minimum salary is $26.89/hr., plus Yale University benefits package.
