In this role, you will function as a key expert for data, analytics and effectiveness initiatives by working collaboratively with a community of HR professionals, working with the Global People Analytics Manager.
You will need to read and interpret data, develop and implement data analyses of results, and acquire data from Workday and secondary data sources. Evolving with informed insights gained by our people data, this is a critical pillar in supporting thoughtful and data driven HR decisions.
Deliver data and reporting requirements and solutions
Collaborate with the Talent Center of Expertise with the execution of key projects and implementation and maturing of various initiatives ranging from process improvement to increase data quality and management.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of people data in our core HR System (Workday) as a key part of the company’s ability to influence through data-driven recommendations.
Prepare, analyze and present people metrics and reports.
Understand current reporting capabilities and be able to translate functionality to HR and system users.
Help to identify the latest trends and tools in data and analytics in the market to develop creative and scalable solutions.
Provide reporting assistance as required.
3 years’ experience in a Workday reporting/analytics role.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive patterns from data and make connections between separate sets of data.
Strong working knowledge of Workday reporting
Highly developed quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Comfortable working at a fast pace across multiple topics and tasks, working in a structured manner with a high level of attention to detail and motivated learning style.
Proficient in technologies of Workday Prism, Tableau, Power BI or similar data analytics tools.
