Position Purpose: The FamilyWorks Site Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of assigned FamilyWorks location and teams.
Direct staff and volunteers effectively to ensure the needs of clients are met through the timely provision of quality & impactful programming, relevant information, and resources for referral and support.
Model and provides outstanding customer service by developing effective customer service procedures and standards, implementing customer appreciation activities, and setting customer satisfaction goals.
Adhere to, establish, and implement the appropriate reporting system(s) for all program services
facilitates recruitment, training, development and retention of highly qualified staff, and investment in their personal development
Plan, assign and direct the work of immediate subordinates and advise and counsel FamilyWorks Leadership Team on program issues that relate to staff effectiveness and program results.
Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to design, pilot and evaluate innovate programs and activities
Assist in preparation and administration of program budget and reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business, Social Work or closely related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two to three years of related experience
Experience in a family center care setting preferred
Bilingual language abilities a plus, but not required
Ability to pass child abuse/neglect and a criminal background check
A demonstrated ability to work independently, while prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously as needed
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with cultural competence for working with economically, ethnically, and culturally diverse populations
Ability to travel and to work nights and weekends as needed
