The Department of Management & Leadership in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for one tenure-track position (open rank) starting in the fall of 2020. Applicants with interests in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources Management are of particular interest.
The College also has plans to consider qualified applicants for additional tenure-track positions across each of the five departments at different levels and ranks, where applicants’ research relates to strategic areas of focus for each department, for a total of ten faculty positions across the College. Management & Leadership applicants with interests in Human Resource Analytics, Inclusive Leadership, Healthcare, and Human Capital Optimization may be considered for these additional positions.
