Provides decision support to Clemson University Development through descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis. Researches and develops information systems to support analytics and decision-making structure. Performs other duties as assigned.
40% - Essential - Data Systems Development: Responsible for the coordination of complex analytical projects. Responsible for benchmarking key performance indicators against peer institutions. Provides the highest level of project/analytical proficiency to assist in making strategic decisions and enforcing strategic direction for projects.
20% - Essential - Research and Reporting: Manages the research and development of enterprise reports and processes of various complexities. Provides project/data management consultation for all aspects of the design, development and implementation of projects/analyses across the organization. Prepares and presents analyses to all levels of Development. Extracts, manipulates, analyzes, interprets, and documents large datasets.
20% - Essential - Statistical Analyses: Uses complex statistical analysis to strategize high risk decisions. Performs predictive analysis resulting in expanded fundraising/prospect opportunities for Clemson University.
20% - Essential - Project Management/Operations and Staff Supervision: Delivers proficiency in data collection efforts. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of reports and analysis. Collaborates with other departments to share important information and increase awareness of relevant data. Provides leadership and direction to full-time staff, interns and students-assistants.
