Position Purpose: The Administrative Support Specialist will provide synergy across YWCA programs.
Perform diversified administrative and program support services for Training and Early Head Start programs
Gather and maintain statistical data for programs
Prepare correspondence for distribution of information through mail or email to members
Maintain confidentiality at all times for issues related to personnel, finance, legal matters, and programs
Associates degree or equivalent experience in Nutrition, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Public Administration or Business
One year of general office and/or administrative experience is required
Well-developed organizational, customer service, and problem solving skills and a high attention to detail
Intermediate level skills with MS Office and MS Outlook
