The Agnes Irwin School seeks an entrepreneurial-minded individual for the full-time position of Director of Auxiliary Programming to envision, design, implement, oversee and grow the non-tuition, revenue generating programs offered during the summer and after school. The Director of Auxiliary Programming will also to manage the leasing of the School’s facilities.
Successful applicants will possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in education administration, business management or a related degree plus 3 -5 years of experience in a school or camp setting required or an equivalent combination of education and experience required • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively; ability provide hands-on implementation of initiatives; prior experience managing a budget highly preferred • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain a sense of perspective while responding to diverse and changing priorities, environments and personalities • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision and work in an environment subject to frequent interruptions • Ability and willingness to work evenings and weekends as required
