The Organisational Behaviour Area at INSEAD aims to fill multiple tenured or tenure-track positions beginning in the 2019-2020 academic year. We are conducting a broad search with potential to hire for meso and macro profiles, using all methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, experimental, mixed), at all levels (assistant, associate, full) in both France and Singapore. This includes individuals building and testing theory about organizations, or organizational phenomena and studying processes within and across multiple levels including intra-organizational, inter-organizational, organization-environment, and the role of organizations in society and fields.
Applicants should hold a PhD in Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline; and be interested in teaching to business audiences.

Internal funding for research and conference attendance is generous.
