The Department of Management and Human Resources (MHR), Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University, seeks applications for a faculty appointment in Organizational Behavior with research and teaching interests in leadership. This will be a full-time, tenure track appointment, to begin Fall semester 2020. The salary and teaching load will be competitive with other major research institutions.
Tenure-track faculty in MHR are expected to conduct cutting-edge research that is disseminated in premier management and disciplinary journals, teach courses that are firmly grounded in evidence, and provide service on behalf of the department, college, and profession.

We plan on hiring at the Assistant or Associate rank and preference will be given to individuals with a Ph.D. in hand, a publication record commensurate with experience, and an interest in and ability to contribute to programming offered by the Fisher Leadership Initiative (FLI). The FLI is a unit within the Fisher College that has as its mission to be the world’s leader in connecting leadership research to experiential leader development and practical solutions to leadership problems.
